Returns Policy
WHOLESALE PORTAL & INVOICES:
No refund given, exchange offered or correspondence will be entered into for:
- Products that have been opened or tampered with or are not in a resalable condition
- Once 30 days has passed from shipping date with no contact from the buyer
Defective items
Defective items must be reported by email to info@mountzeroolives.com within three (3) working days of receipt of goods. Please provide as much information for us to assess correctly, including photos if relevant as they will help our assessment. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund or credit will be offered.
Incorrect Items received
Contact Mount Zero Olives by email at info@mountzeroolives.com within three (3) working days of receipt of goods, providing as much information for us to assess correctly. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund or credit will be offered.
Please do not throw out damaged items until authorisation to do so has been given.
Change of Mind Returning Goods
- Contact Mount Zero through email at info@mountzeroolives.com informing of the change of mind or if you ordered the wrong product.
- Goods will be received for a credit ONLY IF IN A SALEABLE CONDITION, returned at customers expense and notification is within three (3) days of receipt.
If the wrong product was ordered and you require an exchange, the required products will go out in a new order. If the order is under $150, shipping will be charged.
If you have returned products to Mount Zero, your credit will be processed within two (2) working days of your products being returned to the warehouse. If you have any concerns or questions regarding your credits please contact accounts@mountzeroolives.com
